After writing a book about Complaint Management in 2008, my PhD in 2011 and Customer Signals Management in 2016, the time has come to combine all the insights from the last 20 years.

This time not in a book, but in an online training!

I’m starting with the online training in Dutch.
After this is launched, then I will also make an English version of the training.
I’m expecting to launch the English version in Q1 2020.
